This Privacy Policy describes how LexGuard Pro LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("LexGuard Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the LexGuard Pro software platform, the website located at www.lexguardpro.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

LexGuard Pro provides a software platform that assists residential landlords and property owners with compliance monitoring, document generation, deadline tracking, and related property-management functions. Information you provide directly. Account registration details (name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address); property and tenancy information you enter into the platform (including property addresses, license and registration numbers, lease terms, certifications, and related records); payment and billing information; and any communications you send to us.

Information collected automatically. Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. Information from public records, government data sources, and third-party service providers that we use to deliver compliance and verification features, as well as information from payment processors and analytics providers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to create and manage accounts; to process transactions and send related information; to generate compliance documents, alerts, and notifications; to provide customer support; to communicate with you about the Services, including service-related and, where you have consented, informational SMS messages; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages relating to your account and compliance status, including rental license expiration reminders, lead certification status, ground rent due dates, filing deadlines, and similar account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the other features of the Services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information we collect in connection with SMS consent is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.
